Waitlist and admission

Joining the waitlist reserves a place. Waitlist membership is not admission, and it does not create an Odasiti account. Installing the app does not skip the waitlist or create an account.

When you are eligible, we send admission instructions to your verified email. Reopen that email and use the admission code from it. Admission is never generated on your device. We do not publish a launch date or open a country from a demand number alone.

Account and access

Questions about sign-in or account access can go to the team inbox. To delete an Odasiti account, use the public deletion page. You do not need to email us first, and support does not have to approve a deletion request.

Cancelling an App Store or Google Play subscription does not delete your Odasiti account.

Safety and reporting

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Odasiti support is not an emergency service.

You can report or block someone from in-app chat and match surfaces. Reports go to Odasiti safety review. We design for a safer experience. No platform can remove every risk of talking with or meeting another person.
